unnoticeable physical traits:

Strength: Despite her size, Tsukina is capable of lifting multiple times her own weight and toss it across a room as a grown man would a tennis ball. She rarely uses this strength though, for it would quickly dissolve the illusion she has created for herself in society as a humble and meek wife of the King of Witches.

Colored Nails: She colors her nails, not with nail polish but with her mind. Just something she could do since she became a witch.

typical clothing/style/accessories:

Dressing as only royalty should, Tsukina sports a tight fitting top that overflows down her legs in a crown shape. Wearing her favourite colors, purple, pink, green, and white Tsukina adds her own little touch to
this outfit by adding a shawl that attaches to her wrists and links around her back to her other wrist. Her hairstyle is one to show that she is not a commoner, up and in an intricate bun. With the slight addition of comfortable shoes and ankle bangles, Tsukina tops her casual outfit with a few pieces of jewellery.
To the untrained eye, these pieces of jewellery would seem normal and unimportant, but in reality they are items she crafted herself that she uses to store mana in case she ever needs an emergency supply.

basic personality:

Quiet and often passive, Tsukina plays many roles, wears many faces as the self proclaimed Queen of Witches. When at her husband`s side, she plays the quiet and yet aggressive second hand. Seeing as her husband is pretty laid back, Tsukina often finds herself with most of the responsibilities that her position holds. When alone, Tsukina is caring to her plants and other forms of nature that she keeps close to her. Always calm, Tsukina handles fights, missions as well as situations with a neutral, and calmly passive expression.

When emotionally weakened which is rare, Tsukina sometimes has her personality taken over by her supporter, whom she calls "Cloud of Darkness." Taking over her personality, the Cloud of Darkness enforces the death of all living things and the reuturn to the Void.

Fear:

As royalty, it would be seen as a weakness to show fear. To show that which dissolves the illusion of power the king and queen of witches has created over the years. Tsukina's biggest fear, is that the humans, who over the centuries have proven that they were not able to keep to themselves, and continued to expand. Their continuous expansion has led to the loss of many natural sites such as forests and habitats for animals. If left alone, the humans will continue this cycle until there is nothing left of the earth, which will results in the death of everyone and everything on it.

Weakness:

Nature. In all is beauty and purity, Tsukina lives within it. Unable to bring harm to it, Tsukina often holds back her full power because of the always irreversible damage it would cause. From wild animals, to trees, to grass, to plants, to the smallest flower, Tsukina is unable to bring harm to it. This often leaves her useless in offensive fights, forcing her to defend herself and the nature area or object in question until the assailant has tired or given up. Often easy to exploit, no one but Tsukina and her supporter knows to what lengths she would go to protect that which gives life.

The Void/The Rift:

In the beginning, there was Void. Before the creation of all things,Void lived and thrived on nothingness. As if being called to, Void suddenly grew. Growing and growing, 4 things sprout forth from the Void. Summer, Spring, Winter and Fall is what they called themselves. But unknown to them, a 5th stayed back. Unknown to them, Void stayed quiet, calling itself nothing, giving itself no name, only a definition. The Beginning.

The magic known as The Void gives Tsukina complete control over the basic elements. Not only complete control, but also the ability to absorb and harness the elements of her opponents and use it against them. Fire, Water, Lightning, Earth, Wind, Metal, are nothing but her play things. Another way Tsukina uses the elements is to communicate. To pass a message along the tides of the wind by a simple whisper. To hear and gauge the strength of enemies coming towards her by listening to the earth, to Tsukina every element is able to speak to her in one way or another.

Though those are only branches off of the main stream power that Tsukina possesses. With the power of The Void, Tsukina can absorb almost any attack sent her way in a black vortex conjured up by spells. Another way Tsukina uses these vortexes is to redirect attacks sent at her back to her opponents or to another target. These vortexes can not only defensively but also offensively though they cannot absorb people. The full extent of the vortexes can not be explained though the image of a black hole can be imagined. If it is her wish, Tsukina can also create a sort of vacuum that aides in the absorption of anything but people. With The Void as her spiritual supporter, Tsukina is not limited to a place and or time to when she can summon these vortexes. She is also not limited to a number, as her experience in battle now allows her to summon as many as she needs to protect herself from her enemies.

Queen's Disposition:(Permission Given!)
Ruling with an iron fist, both the Witch King and Queen leave their subjects in awe at their combined power. Taught to her by her husband during "quieter" times, Tsukina has learnt fast and adapted the way of the "Disposition" to fit her own personal needs. What makes Tsukina's version different from her husband's is several things actually.

Tsukina's Disposition suppresses the power's of other witches. The powers of witches to weak to be in her presence is like the nasty smell that you cannot find in an extremely large room. Only the strong(A rank and higher, some B rank are exceptions) With this, Tsukina can even suppress the powers of witches who are not in her field of vision. Seeing as she can sense the powers as well as gauge how strong they are with this skill, witches who are skilled in illusions or rendering themselves invisible are always noticed.Those humans who gain magic by devouring the magic located in the hats of witches find themselves unable to hid from this skill and like the other witches find their magic severely limited. The physical manifestation of this technique is the sudden feeling of the gravity around them increase, lowering their concentration, physical ability and limit their spell effectiveness.

Never seen without it, Tsukina carries two black silk Japanese style fans on her person. These fans she uses to not only channel her magic but also to counter and redirect attacks launched by an opponent. Not too shabby at hand to hand combat, Tsukina goes for quick clean cuts to the throat and face of her opponents using the bladed part of the fan(along the curve at the top). These fans are extremely durable and have yet to break in all of her years using them seeing as she made them herself.

Nature Communication:
The winds whisper, the ground shakes, two of many ways nature speaks to Tsukina. As a way of communication or tracking.

Seduction:
Swaying hips, and tantalizing words, supple touch. All but a few ways Tsukina is known for her flirtatious ways and sayings. Even though she is married, it is not a secret that her husband has taken other lovers. Not one to give herself out easily, Tsukina searches for the one she can call her own...while sitting beside Gabriel.

Sage:
Constantly reading, forever learning, frequently testing and revising, Tsukina prides herself in the knowledge that which she has worked on for all her life. From her knowledge in ecology to biology to the history of the human race as well as the history of the witches and their dealings in the lives of humans.

History:

Born in March, Tsukina was a normal little girl. Spending time with her older brother and helping her mother in the kitchen. Sitting on her father's lap after he finished from work and listened to him read her stories. All these things were things that Tsukina did before that fated day.

It started off as a regular day. Her mother had sent her off into the fields to pick some flowers with her brother while she worked on dinner. Picking her mother's favorite flowers and running back to the house, Tsukina was horrified when the sight of fire engulfing her home filled her eyes. In front of the house stood her mother bleeding heavily as her father's dead body lay motionless on the ground beside her. Two people, one wearing a white the other a black jacket stood both injured as well but obviously less as her mother, bared weapons against her.

In a flash of light, Tsukina blinked and the fight was over. Her mother's body lay motionless as her father's on the ground, the two people in the jackets panting and high fiving each other. Running over screaming Tsukina wanted these two to pay for what they did. They knocked her down instantly and killed her brother with ease. As she laid there, a voice spoke to her.. The one voice turned into several, as Tsukina's witch powers awakened. In a wild outward lash of magic, Tsukina overwhelmed and killed the two who caused her so much pain. Whispering in her ear, The Void promised her that it would take away her pain, and in place leave harmony, something that only nature has truly achieved.

It seems like ages since her awakening had happened, and Tsukina has done alot. Meeting and greeting many different witches, Tsukina joined the Witch Coven and quickly rose in popularity via being offered a hand in marriage to the current King of Witches, Gabriel. Shocked and flattered, Tsukina accepted and is up to this day married to the self proclaimed ruler of all witches. With the stories she had heard of a man ruling in the north, Tsukina never figured he would be someone who wished to reside over the witches as their King. In the frozen lands of the North, the relationship between both Tsukina and Gabriel grew slightly tense. Deciding that she needed a get-away, Tsukina had a castle built for her off in the East where the meadows over flowed with wild flowers and plants.

Spending most of her time in the East, Tsukina and Gabriel often make trips to visit each other, whether it is out of love, or to simply keep tabs on each other outsiders will never know.

Tsukina's Disposition: Just to specify, it would be just like in the anime/manga Bleach, when a captain releases his spiritual pressure.

yo, lemme jump in here. I'll allow everything, even the Queen's disposition as an extra magic ability.

However, theres 2 things that don't fit in: Elemental Kinesis & transportation.

Skills and abilities are meants as abilities that can be used without magic entirely. You can add those two as techniques to your character, but they dont fit into the gap.
